PRODUCT LICENSE

You may not share, copy, resell, or distribute any Template Boutique product you’ve purchased. Your license grants you a single use of the template for your own personal or business project only.

If you are a designer, you may use the template for one client project per license. Any additional client projects require purchasing a new license for each use.

If you run multiple businesses or websites, each one also requires its own separate license.

If this policy is violated, your license will be immediately revoked, and you may be charged for the value of any additional unauthorized licenses used, along with any applicable legal or administrative fees. These charges serve as fair compensation for misuse of the Company’s intellectual property and for breaching this Agreement.

LICENSE TO USE TEMPLATE BOUTIQUE BRANDED PRODUCTS

Purchasing any Template Boutique product does not grant you ownership of the design, files, or any intellectual property. Your purchase provides a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the template for its intended purpose, as outlined in these Terms. This license does not include any rights beyond that scope. If the product is used in any way that goes beyond the permitted use, your license will be immediately revoked and you must stop using the product.

All digital items are considered fully delivered once your payment is completed and access to the product has been granted.

You may not copy, share, or give access to any Template Boutique product to anyone outside of yourself, your direct employees, or contractors working specifically on your project. You are not allowed to sublicense, distribute, or pledge the product—or any rights within it—to another person or entity.

You also agree not to use any third-party software in combination with Template Boutique products if doing so would subject the template to open-source obligations or require you to disclose, share, or license the template’s code or design in any way.

Finally, you may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract or recreate the source code, structure, or design logic behind any Template Boutique product.

FONTS

Some templates require webfont licenses for paid fonts. Details for specific fonts needed are on each product page under 'Details' and in the PDF document provided with the purchase.

 

IMAGES

All images and photos that are used in the templates are free for you to use within the software and template purchased. Most of the photos have been sourced from free stock photo websites like Unsplash, Pexels and Wix Studio Gallery. You can publish them on your website and are 100% free to use.

 

PERMISSION TO USE WRITTEN COPY

The Company provides sample copy within its templates to help guide Your content creation. When You purchase one of these products, You’re free to edit, adjust, rewrite, or otherwise personalize any of the included text. These examples are meant to serve as inspiration only, and it is Your responsibility to update the copy to suit Your own brand or message. Please note that the Company does not offer support for customizing or rewriting this content on Your behalf. You also acknowledge that other customers may use similar sample text within their own projects.

TEMPLATE BOUTIQUE CREDIT

Template Boutique kindly encourages you to include a credit to the Company in your website footer when using a Template Boutique product. While this is not required, we genuinely appreciate customers who choose to acknowledge the brand—it supports our work and strengthens the creative community we’re building.

From time to time, the Company may invite customers to be featured in future marketing efforts that highlight real examples of our templates in action. Including a credit does not guarantee participation, but it may help you stand out as someone who has already shown support for the Template Boutique brand.

We are also in the process of developing an affiliate program that will allow customers to earn commissions by promoting and sharing our products. Leaving a credit can make it possible for you to benefit from this program once it launches.

NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases made on this Site — including templates, downloads, and website products — are final and non-refundable.

Because digital products are immediately accessible, they are considered “used” once they have been downloaded or opened, and therefore are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If you do not receive the digital product link within 24-48h after purchasing, please immediately contact us here with your transaction details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
